Creating a calendar entry in iOS 7 is pretty much a straight forward task. From the Calendar app simply tap the [+] button in the upper right hand corner then proceed to fill in the applicable sections. What’s not quite obvious is that you can switch the 1-minute increments in the time section to 5-minute increments for faster input if you need to. Tapping either “Starts” or “Ends” followed by a double tap the minutes changes the scroll wheel from the default 1-minute increment to 5-minute increments. Double tapping again reverses it.
