For those of you who either don’t regularly update your PSP or have fallen behind check out the latest PSP System Update v5.50. While it’s nothing groundbreaking in the way of features it does make managing media on the PSP a bit easier and long over due if you ask me. Now supported are the following new features:
Media
- The number of folder levels that you can view under
(Photo), 
(Music) and 
(Video) has been increased.
Game
- If you select [Internet Search] from the options menu for a game, you can now perform an Internet search based on the name of that game.
Network
- [Trend Micro™ for PSP™] has been added as an option in the Internet browser.
PlayStation® Network
- You can now access PlayStation® Store even if you do not have a PlayStation® Network account.
- An option to sign in automatically is now available for the PlayStation®Store.
- [Download All] has been added as an option for use when multiple items are purchased from PlayStation® Store.
- Less free space is now required on Memory Stick Duo™ media when downloading games from PlayStation® Store.
Like I said nothing groundbreaking, just evolutionary but good all the same so go update that PSP and enjoy those new features.
