Booq Laptop Bags

Here’s an accessory no mobile professional should be without. From home to the office or office to Maylan, Booq bags will fit the bill. Booq makes high quality laptop bags for the everday professional. They are roomy and well designed with great attention to detail.

The bag I ordered is the Boa slimcase XXL; a vertical hanging laptop bag. This one is made for a 17-inch laptop and enough pockets for all your stuff. Made with a red polyester interior and strong ballistic nylon your stuff will be safe in any situation.

Inside is split into two large compartments. the first is a very roomy padded laptop section, including the bottom of the bag. Which has been poorly done if at all in other bags I’ve had. My 17″ HP Pavilion dv9260 easily fits into the compartment with room to spare. The other compartment is nicely layed out with an nice organizer section and three graciously sized pockets with magnetic closures (gadget safe) for all your mobile office and gadget needs. There’s also a large pocket which will hold most any sized folder with files and a zippered pocket the that’s length of the bag giving you a place for everything else.

The exterior has one reversed zipper giving you access to the inside of the bad and helps keep the moisture out on bad days. Two easily accessible exterior pockets, one on both side of the bag; one of which will easily hold any of your favorite reading materials inluding those larger New York Times sized news papers. The other for quick access to smaller items like your cellphone, keys etc. Completing the package with a well made removeable and adjustable shoulder strap and a handle for quick grab-n-goes makes this bag easy to get around and carry around.

The final and best feature of the bag in my opinion is one I hope no one ever has to use. This is Booq’s Terralink service which is a free registry/tracking service. Every Booq bag has a unique ID number attached to the inside of the bag which you should register with them. So should you experience the unfortunate accident of forgetting your Booq bag in a taxi or hotel for example; the finder or authorities can report it to Booq using that ID number. Booq would then use that ID number to email you that it was found. Hopefully reuniting you and your Booq.

I highly recommend this bag to anyone in need of a laptop bag. Booq is by no means cheap but you get what you pay for. In this case, excellent craftsmanship, well thought out design, great looks and the Terralinq service makes this a no brainer.
